Robert Robert W. Trogdon is professor of English and director of the Institute for Bibliography and Editing at Kent State University. He is the author of The Lousy Racket: Hemingway, Scribners and the Business of Literature (KSUP, 2007) and editor of Ernest Hemingway: A Literary Reference (Carroll & Graf, 2002). Currently, Trogdon is serving as an editor on the Collected Letters of Ernest Hemingway (Cambridge University Press) and is a board member of the Ernest Hemingway Society and Foundation.

Michigan Hemingway Society
Boris Mike Federspiel is professor of history at Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, MI and serves as the president of the Michigan Hemingway Society. He spends as much of his summer as he can in Petoskey. His father was a teacher in the area when he was a child. When the family moved, they still vacationed there every summer.
Mike is the author of the acclaimed Picturing Hemingway’s Michigan, a compilation of personal photographs, historical images, and written excerpts illuminating Ernest Hemingway’s significant ties to northern Michigan

Ernest Hemingway Foundation and Society
Boris Cecil and Charlotte Ponder have been members and supporters of the Hemingway Foundation and Society since 1992. They are known as independent scholars by some and as literary fools by others. Charlotte is past president of the Michigan Hemingway Society. She now conducts the silent auction at Hemingway Foundation and Society conferences to benefit the Hinkel Travel Grants for graduate students.
